We will be starting our Term 2 first Reading Together® programme next Wednesday, 12th May... We look forward to seeing you all there.

Thank you so much to the parents and whānau that read with their tamariki during the holidays, it is so appreciated. Please do not stop as it is reflected in their reading daily in group reading.

Thank you the whānau who attended our 1st Reading Together® programme last Thursday. It was an awesome turnout.

Reading Together® programme 2nd workshop! Awesome to see our whānau using strategies we have learnt in the programme to help support their tamariki with reading at home. Another successful turnout, and another step forward together in supporting our tamariki in their learning journey.

A huge thank you to the whānau that attended the Reading Together® programme. Thank you Koka Manny for taking to tautoko our babies and Miss Koopu for looking after the tamariki in order to run the programme. Extra thanks to Koka Rangi and Matua who came to talk about facilities for whānau at the HB William's Library. Koka Josie, Koka Tewai and Miss Koopu.

Evie Nevaeh Ataahua-Rogers: Was good for us as a family to help each other with reading at home.

2015

Te Kura Reo Rua o Waikirikiri have been running the Reading Together® programme and "have had some amazing results with the students achievement and also a boost in confidence with reading" (source: 28 June 2015 comment available here).
