Reading Together® at Kaharoa School

The following June 2017 comments from the Principal regarding the Reading Together® programme at Kaharoa School are sourced from here:

It has been a delight and privilege being able to attend some of the Reading Together evening sessions over recent weeks. Hearing parents share the challenges and successes that they have experienced in reading to, by and with their children has been wonderful. Seeing teachers working together with the parents children at these evening sessions has been a delight.
Thank you to Mrs Snodgrass for leading this initiative and to all those parents who have invested their time to their child’s reading, the other junior teachers who have supported this programme and to the Year 8 childminders. We are all richer for this opportunity. We look forward to running this powerful programme again in the near future.
